Join a Boxing Class
Double j boxing gym offers a weekly schedule of boxing classes. Whether you want to dial up the intensity or take a more relaxed approach, our classes cater for all ability's.

Kids classes run
Mon and Wed: 5-6pm
Sat: 11-12pm

Teens classes run
Mon and Wed: 6-7pm
Sat: 12-1pm

Adult classes run
Mon and Wed: 7-8pm
Sat: 10-11am
Let Us Be Your Guide
Join one of our training classes for an hour of exercise to tighten and strengthen your body. This type of training allows for a wide variety of exercises that works every muscle group. Double j will improve all fitness areas by emphasizing coordination, balance and core strength.
Use one of our trainers as a personal coach as you begin a journey to get faster, stronger and healthier. Private lessons are suitable for everyone at any kind of fitness level and age. Don’t hesitate to start today!
We will strengthen and tone your body by letting one of our coaches teach you proper form and different fitness routines. This will help to improve endurance, build muscle mass, rev up your metabolism and develop maximum strength.
